The Dress
I felt amazing in my dress, a custom white lace by Reem Acra (the custom cape with match lace detail is included). I LOVED the cape so much, I wish I had more photos of me wearing it. The skirt of the lace has sheer paneling and is a-line but the silk skirt underneath is sheath style (i.e., the silk fell naturally on my legs) so it has an amazing effect when you move. It was classic but modern and unlike anything I was able to find in bridal salons. The lace itself is exquisite, not overpowering in detail or too busy which was something I disliked about a lot of lace dresses. It was fit to my body since the design was custom, at the time I was a size 6, but I am curvy/have a figure. I was a size 27-28 in denim and I have a large bust (DD). It was so comfortable to be in and the corset top was extremely flattering.
