The Dress

Gorgeous, classic ivory Legends by Romona Keveza gown.

The dress is 100% silk, light as a feather, and extremely comfortable to wear all day and night.

It features a deep-V, princess-seamed bodice, A-Line skirt, and (my favorite part) is slit to mid-thigh. When standing still it's hardly noticeable, but made walking much easier and was a fun surprise element to show off my shoes. There is a short underskirt, so various kinds of shapewear can be worn if you desire, though I didn't find any necessary. The slit can definitely be tacked-down for a more modest look. The bodice is unaltered. It has built-in shaping. I chose to wear fashion tape for extra lift, but no bra is necessary. I wear a 34D/DD.

I paired the dress with a custom-made beaded belt that ties in a bow at the back. It is not attached to the dress.

Because the fabric is all natural, it was extremely breatheable and easy to wear from midafternoon to midnight.

The dress has been professionally cleaned. There is some wear and light markings on the hem, but I wouldn't worry about it showing up in any photos or be noticeable day-of. Dress is stored in and comes with LRK garment bag.

The dress was a dream and I'd rather another bride gets to enjoy it than it sits gathering dust in my closet for the rest of my life. Open to reasonable bids, price isn't firm.

Alterations

I had the dress hemmed so that I (5'5" could wear it with 3" heels). From waist to floor, the length of the skirt is 45". It also has a french/under bustle with number coordinated ties.
