The Dress

Gorgeous Etna dress by Sarah Seven. Size 8. Unaltered. Never worn.

Its made of the most amazing lace-- it feels thick (but not hot or uncomfortable) and holds you in in a great way. Fits snug throughout the top and hips, then it flares past the butt and flows down into a beautiful train. Has a gorgeous silky lining throughout the whole skirt. Its a classic gown, but the slit makes it modern and just the slightest bit sexy.

I bought this beauty at a sample sale but decided to go with another dress, so its just as I purchased it and its never been worn. Its in very good condition-- only flaws are some slight stretching to the back button holes from being tried on and the nude colored stretchy layer on the bodice needs to be fully matched up to the outer lace layer. If you look at the photos you can see what I mean-- this may be due to the fact that the dress is slightly too large for me though and the bodice doesn't stretchy tightly on me. Either way, the button holes and a snap added to the bodice and you're in business. Both easy fixes for your seamstress. You can also have the slit taken down an inch or two by your seamstress if its too high for you!

I am a size 2 or 4 normally, and I am modeling it here with the clips. However the way the lace is, it can accommodate a variety of body shapes without too much alteration! I am 5'6" and it was just slightly too long for me when wearing it with 4" heels.
