The Dress
This is the Whispers & Echoes Milano gown purchased at BHLDN. The dress is in ivory lace, and the skirt is lined with an Almond-colored fabric. The bodice is unlined, but has bra cups. I wore this dress with a strapless and backless bra. The lace has some white and clear sequins embroidered throughout the dress. It's very subtle, but catches just a little light for the right amount of sparkle. This dress has been professionally dry-cleaned and comes with its original garment bag. I'm happy to provide additional pictures and information upon request.
Alterations
The length of the dress was cut to my height plus shoes. My height is 5'4", and I wore 3-inch shoes. Shoulder straps were shortened. Waist was taken in. I also added a simple bustle to the dress.
