The Dress
This dress was the wedding dress of my dreams! I was looking for a timeless, modest wedding dress but found it extremely hard to find anywhere as all the dresses showed skin in one area or another.
This dress is the Porcha Dress from Kellylin Couture, altered by the original designers to:
- replace the original cap sleeves with these dreamy balloon sleeves (sleeves from Kellylin Couture as well)
- raise the plunging front into a modest V neck
- raise the plunging back into a modest high back
The crepe material is absolutely stunning and high quality. It's a very comfortable dress (not itchy or irritating, you can wear any kind of underwear and you can eat in it) and the shape is flattering on all body types!
The elastic on one of the loops for one of the cuff's pearl button is slightly loose (received in that condition), but it's practically insignificant as that button has a double loop. Doesn't affect the wearability or the look of the dress at all.
