The Dress

I wore this amazing dress for my wedding in December 2021. I bought the dress on February 2020 in Pronovias at the London Bond Street store. This dress is unbelievable, I am sad to sell it but I think it will make another bride very happy! It is sexy but very elegant, it is not the typical pattern or embroided lace. It makes your figure look like a mermaid and it shines more than what you can see in the pictures. I got a lot of compliments :)
Because my wedding was postponed due to the pandemic I wore the dress almost two years after I bought it, during that time I lost a bit of weight so the dress was altered to fit my body. As you will see in the pictures I have curves, specially on the lower part of the body, so the alterations where mainly done in the upper part to make it a bit smaller. The lower part I wanted to keep it more "loose" in order to be able to move more comfortable.

The dress has a long and beautiful tail that looks amazing, and it has some buttons that you can use to fold the tail inwards and the tail disappears, so it is perfect for when you finish the ceremony and want to walk comfortably without people stepping on your dress.
I wore it only once. It has been professionally dry cleaned.

Alterations

It was originally a size 14, but I am smaller on the upper body so it was altered to fit my body. I also added bust cups for more support. It was also shortened a bit to fit my height & shoes.
