The measurements I listed are the measurements that Dress the Population provided on their sizing chart for a size small, which is the size of the dress. I am between a 2 and 4, which is why this dress is slightly big on me. This dress would be great for a true size 4, or someone between a 4 and 6. Purchased for my rehearsal dinner, I think this would be an amazing dress for that style event. Beautiful cream color and sequins all over.
