The Dress
The Maeve gown by Monique Lhuillier is a beautiful scoop neck ball gown with hand appliqued floral lace and spaghetti straps. Maeve veil and jacket included in price.
Color: Silk White/Cameo
I ordered this dress through Little White Dress Bridal Shop in Denver, CO in July 2020. The custom gown was delivered November 2020.
After our wedding in October 2021, I had the dress cleaned and preserved through Pinstripes Bridal in Lewisville, TX. The jacket and veil were dry cleaned, too.
Alterations
Alterations completed by Patrisha McNeill, owner of Totally Tailoring in Dallas, TX. I spent $1200 on alterations.
The dress was hemmed to skim the floor for someone who is 5'7" (with shoes). The spaghetti straps were shortened but can easily be let out. The bodice was taken in. I had a bustle and bra cups added.
The jacket was taken in at the waist and the sleeves were shortened.
I have a bag of extra lace and tulle that I will send with the dress in case your seamstress needs them.
