Hattie by Maggie sottero and I originally paid 1400 for it, It was ordered in a 16 but it was taken into my measurements. The measurements are bust 37.5(largest part of breast not under!), waist 34.5 (smallest part), and hips (largest part) 43.5. The bust and waist was pretty snug so you probably could afford to be a little smaller ! And just for more reference I am 5foot 4 and 169 pounds ! However the dress length was made for my 3 inch heels. The dress has amazing structure I did not have to keep pulling it up, and also has a three point bustle! Asking 800$ but willing to negotiate a little !
