The Dress

Ronald Joyce wedding dress which fit a UK size 12 (high street fitting - not wedding dress fittings). I am a curvy 12 with an hourglass shape. This dress was perfect for me. The Ivory crepe sheath is heavy and structured enough to skim your figure and not cling to any bumps, the arms need to be seen on to be appreciated for the way In Which they drape flow and sparkle as you move. The arms have a fine mesh under material and then threads of small sparkly beads which drape from shoulder to cuff. I loved these because they covered my arms which have never been my favourite part of me! The dress has a very thin satin belt which is attached to the dress and cannot be removed.

This dress was never worn. It was purchased from a trunk sale, for £1300, dry cleaned and altered in length only, to fit me. But with Covid we never got our winter wedding as we expected!!

It was altered to fit at floor length. I am 5ft3inches and I would have worn 2.5 inch heels.

The dress is in perfect condition and would be a beautiful buy for any early spring, late autumn or winter bride. It may be a little too heavy for a summer wedding.

The dress will be packaged in tissue paper and in an Ivory wedding dress box, which has some cosmetic damage around the edges.

Alterations

It was altered to fit at floor length. I am 5ft3inches and I would have worn 2.5 inch heels.
