The Dress
Ivory lace with sequins and appliques cover a champagne base. Chapel-length lace train. Off-shoulder cap sleeves.
I was complimented by everyone on this dress, including our event coordinator who said it was in his top favorite 3 wedding gowns!
Alterations
Added removable clear straps for extra support (I only wore these to the reception but not for formal portraits--see 4th photos).
Hemmed skirt (I am 5'5" and wore 2" heels).
Added bustle to train.
Added a stronger fabric to the lining of the back. This isn't really visible, but it helped with support since the fabric of the dress is slightly stretchy.
Snaps sewn in so that it can be worn with your own bra if desired. The other side of the snaps are included and would need to be sewn into your bra strap.
Also took in the hips slightly to make it fit me (see my measurements).
