The Dress
This beautiful silk mikado Allure gown is perfect for the timeless, classic bride. The dress is very well made with a fabric that feels elegantly weighted but not too heavy to wear. The clean, classic style is accented with beautiful lace detail that completes the look! The dress is form-fitting through the bodice and flares right at the knees, making it a toss-up between a trumpet and mermaid (the allure website shows it as a true mermaid). I am truly devastated to part ways with this dress, but Covid changed our wedding plans.
This dress was measured to fit hollow-to-hem, so I paid an extra $250 on top of the ticket price to make sure the length did not need to be altered. I am 5'5" and have 2.5inch heels on in each of these photos, for reference. It is brand new without alterations and has not been worn outside of the pick-up appointment.
