The Dress

I purchased from Lovely Bride in LA and got it altered at one of the top bridal seamstresses in the city. I did have it altered but I had asked my seamstress to be conservative with the adjustments. It is such a beautiful dress. It was so comfortable, and easy to move in. You can wear the sleeves on or off the shoulders. Happy to answer any questions.

**I wanted to add that my seamstress also created a slit (basically similar to Rue de Seine’s Nahka dress) but she followed the panel so it is easily put back together. This was intentional but I felt like the slit added a nice touch. There is so much fabric and flow in the skirt so it isn’t obvious at all.

Alterations

Minor shortening of the hemline but it’s still quite long. I’m 5’5” and wore boots and still had plenty of fabric. Other general alterations too like taking in the waist and pads were sewn on so I didn’t need to wear a bra. There is also a bustle but my seamstress is a genius and it’s invisible. She also added a slit but followed the stitching so this is easy to put back. It’s very subtle though, very similar to the Nahla gown by Rue de Seine. Happy to share more details.
