Essense of Australia D3274. I purchased it in size 12 from Kleinfeld and then had it altered at Kleinfeld to fit me (more of a size 8-10 person, I am 5 foot 10 inches 155 pounds and a 1 inch heel). Alterations included taking in the waist and sleeves, adding boning in the bust for extra support, and making the bustle. I ended up wearing something different for my wedding, so the dress has never been worn (it is brand new). Dress is currently located in Scottsdale AZ but can ship it anywhere!
