The Dress

This dress is truly perfection. It hugs your hips perfectly but yet it is loose around your legs enough to dance, walk and have an incredible evening without being uncomfortable. The buttons on the back of the dress add an additional detail that truly makes the dress unique. It comes with a wrist strap to hold the train for pictures or just when you're walking. This would fit a size 4/6 body but there is enough material that if you wanted to take it out to fit a frame that is above a 4/6 size, you easily could. I felt the most beautiful I've ever felt in this dress, and months after my wedding I still get people saying how beautiful and unique the dress is. The lace details flowing into a more plain bottom was perfect and did not take away from the design of the dress. It was unique but not over the top. It went with simple diamond jewelry and did not require too much as it was beautiful in its own right. The cut out in the back is also stunning and allows you to either have your hair up or down, though up allows you to show off the lace details of the strap and the back. I cannot say enough amazing things about the dress, it made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day and I know it could make anyone else feel the same way!

The original price of the dress was $1,975 and I spent ~$700 for minimal alterations. It has been worn once and dry cleaned so it looks brand new. Total the dress is worth $2,500+.

Alterations

For the alterations we added cups so a bra is not needed, and also made the straps more fitted to the shoulders. In addition, it was altered to not be as long for me, as I am 5'3 and wanted to wear heels. It still was floor length, it just was brought up so I was not tripping or falling on the material. In total, alterations were ~$700 as it was done at a reputable, highly requested wedding alterations store.
