The Dress

Tara Keely by Lazaro Elizabeth Gown, Style 22007, Size 8 in good condition. Worn for my wedding in May 2021, professionally cleaned and stored in a dust bag. Some light dirt marks along the bottom edge. There are a few larger dark spots near the bottom of the dress as seen in a photo and the video. There is also a mark that looks like a discolored scratch mark on the right side of the dress just below the pocket. I’m not sure if that happened while wearing the dress or from cleaning. My favorite details are the buttons that go all the way down the back, the illusion beading on the back, which looks amazing in photos and the pockets!

Alterations

The length of the skirt and straps were shortened slightly. I also added some beading to the front chest where there is normally a mesh plunge detail – it mimics the beading on the back. I think a seamstress could easily remove this addition if you wanted to change it back to the mesh as seen in the first photo. I’m 5’ 5” and was wearing 4 inch heels – the length was just above the floor. A bustle was also added. There are strings under the dress that can be tied together to bustle the dress. Small pearl details can also be seen in a photo and the video on the outside of the dress, which were added to help attach the strings for the bustle. They weren’t noticeable in any of my photos.
