This is new and never worn. With the corset it will actually fit several different sizes depending how loose or tight you tie the back. In the pictures I am about a 16/18 (women's street size) and it could definitely be tightened and loosened as well.The modesty panel is optional and can be removed behind the laces in the back. Buttons added by David's Bridal for bustle. And there is a petticoat included.
