The Dress

I would love for someone else to love this dress like I did! Dress is like new condition- has been dry cleaned and buttons down back were secured by seamstress. This dress is classic and timeless. It's simplicity gives you the option for a sleek, classic look with simple veil or can add details like pearls or floral lace (which is what I did and it popped so beautifully against the dress). Material is a beautiful soft crepe by Alyssa Kristin (bridal store told me she makes the BEST crepe dresses)- extremely comfortable that hugs your body. Shows off curves and makes you feel secure. The dress fit perfectly and was very comfortable all day and night. Crepe material is very stretchy and forgiving and can be altered.

Alterations

Crepe belt (same material from designer) is sewed onto dress at the waist and crepe buttons down the butt. Bustle added by seamstress is hidden under dress for a sleek floor length without adding any extra bulk (see last photo for dress bustled). Dress was ordered as a size 10 but was taken in- according to seamstress approx size is "size 4 top, 6 waist, and 8 hips" (I am slightly pear shaped- smaller chested with larger hips/butt). For reference at time of wedding I was 130 pounds, 5'6" without shoes, usually wear size small tops and size 6 jeans.
