This Anna Campbell separate skirt and Meadow topper are beyond beautiful! Skirt is made of ivory crepe and topper is sequenced and takes up to 20 weeks to produce. Since it comes from Australia, to rush this dress alone costs $400 or more.
This dress was worn for 4 hours at a dinner only. No dancing in it.
It comes pre-bustled! It is bustled very elegantly using one fabric covered button.
Skirt and topper are a size XS!! Anna Campbell does not have numerical sizing.

Alterations
Fitted to a 5'4" girl wearing 3.5 inch heels. It was a tad long so would work with someone that is a half inch taller or has slightly taller shoes. The topper is NOT altered aside from an added eye hook.
