The Dress

This dress was a dream to wear at my wedding. It was so comfortable and the details were gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with my choice!

This dress was purchased in the fall of 2020. It was worn during my wedding day and for a couple of hours the following day for a couples sunset photoshoot in July 2021. The dress has since been professionally cleaned.

The dress is a size 4 and is true to street size. I did not have any alterations done except to add a bustle. I am 5'7" and wore 2.25" block heels, and the length seemed perfect.

This dress is part of BHLDN's current line. If you live near a BHLDN location, I highly recommend trying on the dress in-store, as the store carries sample size 4 (i.e., the size of this dress).

BHLDN DESCRIPTION:

Intricate corded lace was designed specifically to suit the silhouette of this gown, resulting in a flawless fit and lighter-than-air construction. Cap sleeves and a plunging neckline complete the bodice, while the open back is embellished with a row of tiny pearl buttons.

Alterations

A simple American-style bustle was added. The bustle has two fish eye hooks that blend into the lace. No other alterations were made.
