Reem Acra, "Secrets of the Heart" dress in the Prophet collection. (Not sure about "year made" or "label size")
The underskirt with a hand stitched embroidery and sequins - sparkles in the dark.
Over the underskirt are 5 pieces of flowy, delicate tulle fabric
Dress was tailored to fit. Picture with measurements drawn (see photos).
With the shoes, I was 5 ft 3.7 inches and the dress dragged about 1-2 inches.
Very tiny/minor defects that should not be noticeable, hence the greatly reduced price (Retail $11,000). Dry cleaned. I can provide more photos, video of dress, details as needed. Feel free to ask!
Alterations
Length of torso and skirt reduced, arm holes lengthened, the sleeves were gathered and cinched to be slimmer
