The Dress
Modern, sleek dress with curve-accentuating cutouts on the sides. Open V-back, fitted through the rear and then flares out into beautiful (but manageable!) train. All crepe material with illusions for the cut-out sides (delicate flower-like lace added to the very bottom of the illusion), ivory color.
Very lightweight feel, easy and comfortable to wear all day without overheating (put the dress on around 3pm in CA on a 85F day and was comfortable through the evening). Liner feels silky and soft. Photographed beautifully.
Bought in 2019, wedding was delayed until summer 2021 because of COVID. It was stored in dress bag and pressed before wedding (only the train really needed pressing since everything else is so fitted). Dry cleaned post wedding.
Alterations
Delicate lace added on the lower third of the illusion on the sides to add romantic touch. Altered to height (5'6" with 2.25" inch heels), extra hook added to back to make the V-back sit flatter.
