Striking and feminine. Sophisticated and effortless. The Alexandra gown is all about the beautifully balanced silhouette – designed to highlight the female shape. Handmade from soft, stretch French lace and hand-cut lace motifs, the Alexandra dress features a flattering high neck with a V-neck lining and built-in cups, combined with a low open back and secured with a single satin button at the neckline.
The Alexandra dress feels beautiful on, it’s light and doesn’t feel heavy at all. I was comfortable in the dress all day. I got married in Greece and although the weather was very hot, I never at any point felt too hot or uncomfortable in the dress.
The dress fits beautifully and has a pin at the back if you wish to put the train of the dress up, it can be worn down or up as shown in the photos. I pinned it up at night whilst we danced to ensure nobody stood on it.
