The Dress
I wanted to wear something more simple and so I never wore this dress; it's brand new. It is strapless and has a sweetheart neckline with beading. There is some beading at the waistline. The skirt is tulle and floor-length.
Alterations
A bustle was added. It is longer in the back than the front. I got it hemmed to work with 1 inch heels (not wearing them in the picture). I am 5'0" without shoes. It was let out a little at the waist. It has cups sewn into it to work with a smaller chest. The stitches for these can probably be easily taken out.
