Overskirt Only. Stunning champagne overskirt. Layers of ruffles the flow like clouds. (One photo is shown in white) Adds a very couture feel to any gown. This was a sample. Never worn or altered. The waist band belt was damaged but I had purchased a new belt that I will include for no additional cost. Belt is rhinestone and Pearl. Very beautiful. Belt was an additional $350. This adds instant flair and drama to any Gown. And the waist band slims the body.
