The Dress
Beautiful tulle designer ballgown. Worn for my ceremony, first dance, photos, cake cutting etc. then changed into a second look. Fitted, banded waist to cinch you in, and super flattering on the bust. Hope it can be an amazing dress for someone else's special day.
Another thing I loved about it was it was easy to alter - straps, the triangle top, take in or out the waist, etc. Hemming as well is just cutting due to the tulle and if you wanted a less full skirt, you could easily remove layers to make it your own.
I'm a US size 6 normally and I've added my measurements to the diagram. Any questions let me know!
Alterations
The straps were shortened slightly (still room to adjust) and the triangles were moved in a bit, as were the straps in the back so to hold in the bust a bit better as I'm a 34D. It was purchased as a sample, so there were repairs done to the tulle in select places, but looked amazing on and not visible to the naked eye. My tailor also added a clear plastic strap, under the spaghetti straps for comfort, so the straps didn't dig, held on by a stitch and can be easily removed. Dress is currently out for cleaning, I can add more photos of any repairs or close ups once I get it back.
