The Dress

Incredible Pronovias gown that made everyone cry! Easy to wear despite the beautiful train. Gorgeous chantilly lace— kind of a Monique Lhullier vibe. It has pockets! Purchased at The White Dress in Corona Del Mar, CA and impeccably altered by Ludmila Couture in Los Angeles. Ludmila made a beautiful matching mask using the lace from the off-the-shoulder straps we didn’t use, layered with silk satin— fortunately I never had to put it on, so it is brand new and will come with the dress (though hopefully you don’t need it either!).

Only changes were in the bodice— cups made smaller for style and fit (small B cup at most), pointy bust boning removed and replaced with soft cups. Waist taken in at the sides to fit. Waist band added for extra support. Dress is original length with (gorgeous!) scalloped lace hem unaltered. Easy and chic 3-point under bustle added. I usually am not into the look of bustles but it turned out amazing and was so fun to dance in! I am 5’8.5” and wore 2.5” heels for a total height of 5’11”. This is a Pronovias size 2, I usually wear a street size 0. All receipts and tags available— some tags removed in alterations but all were saved except garment straps. Selling as-is— dress has not yet been dry cleaned (it is with my parents who do not live near a bridal cleaner and this is reflected in price), but is quite clean. Inner/petticoat hem has some wear visible, but the outer lace hem is actually in perfect shape. Happy to share more photos.
