The Dress
A 1920s-inspired èvassèe style in handmade lace is gently fitted over the back and derriere and features a gorgeous chapel train in butter soft tulle. Further photos and videos can be seen on the designer’s website by searching for the Pickford gown. I purchased this dress from Stillwhite (worn once and length altered by original owner) and it truly is the most elegant and stunning dress I have seen. The beading work is exquisite and the dress is in perfect condition and dry cleaned. I ordered this dress online without actually knowing what styles suited my body shape and just don’t feel it suits me. I am now also having a summer wedding and would prefer something without sleeves.
Alterations
Altered at hem. 5’7” (including shoes). Added bustle (3 buttons) White detachable lining in the body. Can be easily removed or reattached using the little poppers for a more sheer or covered look.
