The Dress

Suzanne Neville is a classic and very famous British designer. All of her dresses are handmade and they are simply stunning.

This dress is made with a thick crepe with a silk lining; it fits any figure beautifully. The lace used is very fine, delicate Chantilly lace. If you would prefer the dress without the lace, it is lightly stitched in place and can easily be removed. There are beautiful buttons running down the back. The Pandora dress is from the Belle Epoque collection.

I absolutely loved wearing this dress and felt so comfortable in it. The slight stretch of the crepe meantI could sit, dance and chat without thinking about it. I had a huge number of complements from people; a number of my male friends said it was the best wedding dress they'd ever seen! It is the perfect combination - classic and a little bit sexy.

I had a silk loop added to the lining to hold the dress with my wrist during the day and a buttoned bustle for dancing in the evening.

Alterations

No alterations other than to the length at the front. I am 5'6" and my shoes were 6.25cm.
