Pure silk, and vintage lace. in cream /ivory colour
Purchased in 1983 for over £900 (which today equates to £3000) for our wedding that year, immediately after which the dress was professionally cleaned, wrapped in acid free tissue paper and stored in its box, tape sealed, to prevent damage.
It has only, this past week, been opened for the first time since then just to check the label size and designer's name, before re-sealing the box.
