The official measurements of the dress were:

However my measurements are:
Bust 34 inches or 86 centimetres;
Waist 26 inches or 66 centimetres;
Hips 35 inches or 89 centimetres.

The dress hugged my figure perfectly without requiring any alterations. I stand at 5'6 and wore 4.5-inch heels, yet the dress suited me flawlessly.

While the dress can be customized for height or sizing, I personally found no necessity for alterations.
