The Dress

This dress was a dream come true! It is such a pale pink that it doesn't look pink most of the time, it just enhances your skin tone. It fit wonderfully, and while it is a ball gown, I wore it as an Aline with a smaller slip. It stayed in place the entire wedding and I received so many compliments-- including some school children who said I looked like a princess. This dress is unique due to the embroidered roses on the skirt, they go through the top several layers of tulle to give this dress depth and dimension. It got a little dirty during the wedding (due to dancing!) and has no food/wine spills. I had it professionally cleaned and preserved immediately after the wedding, and has been in a box every since.

Alterations

It was hemmed and we had bra stays added. Back was modified with ties to allow for bustling for dancing.
