The Dress

Dress size: UK size 6
I am 5’5 in height
This dress was measured to wear with 3 inch heels, with the dress covering the shoes and just grazing the floor
Fully dry-cleaned. I had my wedding on a farm, so the bottom of the *inside lining* of the dress is stained from walking on gravel and dry mud. However the outer layer at the front which you actually see is not. The train could therefore be shortened to get rid of this. Please note that the inner lining is fully down in the photos but was actually sewn up on the day. I have left the hanging loops on the bottom and top of the dress for alterations ease
The sash around the waist was a personal addition to the dress and is sewn on at the back only, so can be removed. I added the sash so I could tie a bow at the back - it works well with a loose hanging bow or once the dress is on, you can sew the bow on to the dress with one or two loops of white thread to keep the bow upright
I bought this dress from a bridal boutique for £1500, the brand is ‘Mikaella’ which gets made in Canada. I also had very slight alterations made at the chest and cups inserted, I wear a bra size ‘32A’
I am also adding the original photo from their website - please note this dress looks nothing like in the original manufacturer’s photos! They added a silver sash for their photos and it looks totally different on. I am also unable to take a decent photo of it hanging on my door, please therefore see my photos of me wearing the dress
