The Dress
Off the shoulder A Line dress with lace illusion 3/4 sleeves. The dress is still listed on some websites, such as Justin Alexander (search for 44058 Sincerity).
The dress was dry cleaned in July 2021, which cost £100. There are a couple of very small marks along the hem on the inner fabric, but these are quite hard to see.
It is a US Size 8 dress (UK size 12). I am normally a UK size 10 on top, and UK size 12 at the hips, and the dress fitted me perfectly (no alterations required to the body of the dress). So I would say it is a small UK Size 12.

Alterations
My measurements are 34 inches bust, 27 inches waist, and 39 inches hips and the dress fit perfectly with no alterations required to the body. Had some minor alterations to the hem length (I am 5ft9 tall).
Some minor alterations to the sleeves: additional decorative lace flowers were sewn on to the sleeves to partially fill in the gaps a bit more (see photos).
