This dress is new, with tags. It's in perfect condition.
I purchased it and then tried it on -- it was too big even though I matched the measurements given on their website. I usually wear either a size 6 or 8. This dress, a size 8, was too big for me.
The dress is beautiful. The detailing in the skirt is even more luscious than the photos convey.
The dress has never been altered or worn (aside from being tried on).
