The Dress

This dress was worn from 7pm till midnight on our wedding day, I had two dresses as purchased this one in 2020 just after our daughter was born for our first wedding date July 2020. The wedding was postponed to July 2021 and in that time I lost all the baby weight and had to have it taken in a lot. I still have an ample bust so room there if it’s needed. I also had a small half waspie corset added in a nude fabric so it’s not visible through the sheer back of the dress. Measurements below. I think I’m a uk 8 in most brands. 5ft 4 inches and wore a slight heel. I wear a 32 E/F bra.

It can be worn with the straps up or off the shoulder.

As the dress was worn for a short time it’s immaculate. It was also a dry day and we were not allowed to dance. So it didn’t get dirty on the train at all so has dry cleaned with no staining.

There is a loop in the skirt for holding the train up. And also a bustle added.

Alterations

The dress has been taken into be about a size 8, but allowing for a reasonable sized bust. I brought this dress as I was breast feeding in 2020 but then the wedding got postponed. So lost a lot of weight in the following year. Also an invisible half waspie corset added.
