The Dress

This dress was incredible to wear in the middle of Central Otago summer, not too heavy or too hot.
The detail is so intricate (the dress is made from Indian lace) it is difficult to show on the pictures.
It feels like wearing a classic wedding dress, but more feminine and it tied in well with our outdoor wedding and more bohemian aesthetic of the day.

It has been worn for less than 12 hours at a push, we had an evening wedding and didn't go out to take any additional photos after the day of the wedding.
The dress is completely flawless in condition, there are no holes, stains or rips anywhere in the material. There was some dust on the train (understandable with an outdoor wedding), but the drycleaner has removed this without any trace.
It is an easy train to manage, the seamstress who fitted me put an islet on either side of the train so it hooks up to the bum of the dress (without being too obvious that's what's happened).
It has just been hung up in the dry cleaners bag since the wedding so, I figured why not see if someone else would like to celebrate their day in it?

I really loved wearing this dress because I didn't feel like I had dressed up like someone else for the day. It was something I really connected with because of the patterns in the lace and the shape of the dress. It felt amazing to wear, so pretty and tied in so well with the event we planned. No armbands available for sale. Dress only.

Alterations

The breasts were fitted for a C10 cup but it ended up too big for me so the straps were altered a bit to ensure they didn't slip down.
Islet hooks to the train installed.
About a half a cm bought in from the hips either side.
