BRAND NEW. I changed my mind to go with the rum underlay rather than the ivory underlay. This dress is absolutely stunning and COMFORTABLE! I still wore the same dress with the rum underlay for my wedding day & felt absolutely amazing. SO many compliments as well. 100% would wear again.
