The Dress

Vintage handmade dress made in 1966. This dress was made by a tailor in New York City
Dress is a column, fitted style dress with seed pearls & lace flower detail throughout the bodice & bottom of the dress. Scoop neck & long sleeves. The sleeves come to a point at the hand with 2 snap closures at the wrist (very pretty detail)
Bodice is fitted with very delicate rose design with seed pearls. Thicker silk material great for fall, winter o early spring wedding. Comes with a matching handbag. Wristlet style hand bag which matches dress & is made to fit wedding cards. (very cute!)
Bottom of the dress is adorned with many flower designs. The back of the dress has a hidden zipper. The train does hook into the back of the dress with 6 hook & eye attachments. The train has a large bow across the back which sits at the waist.
Train measures: 55: length x 42” wide at the widest part.

All measurements were taken while lying flat
Has minor staining from being stored for over 40 years. Was professional cleaned before being stored in air tight plastic. No odors at all.
Professional dry cleaner can clean very minor stain at bodice area.
