The Dress
My wedding dress from November 2020. Custom made by Raffaele Ciuca in Melbourne. The dress has pockets and a zip closure, hidden by buttons all the way the down the back. The bodice has boning to maintain shape. I was so comfortable all day and night, due to the A-line fit and the bodice keeping everything where it should! And I could carry tissues and lip balm etc. in the pockets! It has been dry cleaned and kept out of the bag for 6 months to ensure it is properly dried. Alterations
I did have the alterations done during COVID in Geelong at Pearls and Roses, as I was unable to travel to Melbourne to have Raffaele Ciuca do them. I had four press studs added (pictured) to have the option of the neckline higher or lower (I had it higher for the ceremony and then unclipped for a more casual look at reception) and altered to my height with shoes.
