As per Alyssa Kristin website 'Madelyn' - embellished sequin stretch with curved v neckline and lower back. Top has great lift and support with power mesh lining and insert at v. Fitted silhouette, horse hair hem and train.

Alterations
Purchased at LoveMarie Bridal (http://lovemarie.com.au/), and professionally altered by her recommended tailor (https://myprivatetailor.com.au/). Alterations include soft cups, bustle and hand tie. Straps were shortened a tiny amount (easy to undo), and dress was hemmed to ground (both very easy to re-alter). No complex alterations to body of dress. Will fit standard size 8 (but dress is stretchy, so could happily be adjusted for larger size 6 or smaller size 10).
