The Dress

Hayley Paige Reagan bridal gown - Sandwashed orchid caviar bridal ball gown, illusion jewel neckline with sweetheart lining and modern strap detail at back, full floral skirt with layered ivory organza.

This is a size 16 ("plus sized") version of the Hayley Paige Reagan gown. It was altered to fit a street size 6. I preferred the "plus size" version of this dress for the modified sweetheart neckline and the higher back on the dress, which you can see in the pictures. This is the blush version of the dress, also known as "sandwashed orchid." The dress was professionally altered at Kleinfeld Bridal. The dress was also hemmed to my height. I am 5'2" and wore 3.9 inch heels (Jimmy Choo Romy 100 pumps). Jeweled belt is sewn in from David's Bridal ($200 belt) included with dress. There is also a 36DD strapless bra/corset ($75) sewn into the dress which can easily be removed. A hidden multiple point bustle was added to the dress as well. Dress will be professionally dry cleaned before shipping. There is a small tear in the inner tulle layer which was pinned and can easily be fixed during alterations. This tear is not visible from the outside of the dress. No other stains or tears on the dress. The dress was purchased at a Hayley Paige trunk show from Kleinfeld Bridal in 2019 and stored at Kleinfeld until my 2021 wedding. It has never been exposed to sunlight, heat, etc except for on wedding day. Only worn for 6 hours total on wedding day as I changed into a second look dress for the reception.

Alterations

Taking at the waist to fit, hemmed to my height (I am 5'2" and wore 3.9 inch heels). A bustle was added. A strapless bra was sewn in which can easily be removed. A jeweled belt was also sewn on which can be removed if needed.
