The Dress
The dress is a size 10 Charlotte Balbier dress which I had altered to my own custom design. I bought the dress brand new and it was originally a fit and flare shape. I had a wonderful dressmaker who changed the shape to a figure hugging trumpet/mermaid shape. I had a vintage belt added as well as off the shoulder sleeves made from soft italian tulle.
I wore high heels on the day so I didn't get the dress taken up (as I always was planning to sell it) I'm 5'5 and wore 5 inch heels on the day.
At the moment I haven't had it dry cleaned, it's been kept hanging and it's safely stored.
I have more pictures if you would like to see other views of the dress, also happy for people to come and try on the gown at my house.
