The Dress

Hand-Made, Hand dip-dyed, 100% silk full length dress with separate hand-made fern lace top - can be worn with or without.

I absolutely loved wearing this gorgeous dress at our woodland autumnal wedding in 2018. I was so happy to be able to wear some colour but the full skirt is really elegant and fun. The dress is super comfy also which was key for me!

Details:
- Gorgeous orange to yellow to ivory fade dip-dye - so stunning and unusual, perfect for an autumn or outdoor wedding!
- Main dress: V neck front and deep V/backless at back, slim straps, all hand-made and 100% silk (except for lining) which can therefore be washed by hand and cool ironed. Fitted bodice with full skirt from waist - silk hangs beautifully in folds. Floor length with a full skirt and a short train. Small wrist band to hold up train whilst on dancefloor :)
-Lace Top: Beautiful fern design lace, fastens at back with 3 silk covered buttons and sits open at the back (see pictures). Short capped sleeves. I wore it during the day and took it off in the evening.
- Size: Made to UK standard size 10 as fitted me perfectly with no additional adjustments made so will fit a size 10. Note I have a small bust size (usually approx 34B cup) but would certainly fit a slightly larger bust, but not a large bra size without adjustment.
- Note that I am 167cm tall (approx. [removed] and I wore this with flat trainers. The dress touched the floor when stood still and just. Brushed the floor at the front when walking. So take into account heels/height when considering what you want! The dress would have worked beautifully with heels and lifted just off the floor, however heels weren’t an option for me so I had the dress touching the floor.
- There are some small thread pulls and a very few marks around the bottom of the dress (can provide further pictures/details) but minor. There is a faint mark on the front of the dress (see picture) covered by the lace top but may be visible if top off. Again, faint/minor but happy to provide further pictures.
- The dress was worn outdoor at a woodland wedding all day but thankfully there was not a drop of rain and the dress has been hand-washed carefully and ironed so the dress including hem are genuinely still in an excellent condition despite being worn in woodland!
- The lovely flower crown is also available (hand-made and custom colour designed to match dress) Additional £20 if wanted :)

- Able to come to try on in South East London (NO skin make-up or strong deodorant please!!!) or can be posted within the UK if not able to try on in London.
