This dress has a serious WOW factor, as the white is the purest white and the sweetheart top matched with the intricate designs is breathtaking. I added 3.5 inch designer buttoned on straps which are easily removable.
I have a petite top (B bust) and this dress fully accentuated the top to look full and beautiful.
I’m including the tulle slip which makes the dress very full.
It was easy to dance with and was easy to bustle with buttons already inlaid in the dress.

I added removable straps to cover the shoulders.
