Brand NEW- gorgeous dress with lovely shimmery sparkle! (not sequins). Sort of like snow in the sunshine! Fit amazing as soon as I put it on, and I did not want to take it off. Very comfortable and flattering fit. The low back has a beautiful lace illusion to it, that sort of "v's" on the sides. Very flattering! Dress was not used as I went a different direction. Dress has never even left the Dress Boutique. Has not been altered at all.
