New, with tags still attached, never worn. I never ended up wearing the dress as i ended up going with a different one, but it's a very beautiful, elegant and slightly sexy dress. Comes with garment bag.

Alterations

I had the waist taken out a 1/4" so the band was not pinching. I also had the sheer mesh cut down so it went across my chest not all the way up to your neck. I also had the back of the dress pleats removed so the dress lay flat on the butt. The dress is beautiful but I ended up going on a different one. Paid $200 in alterations by professional.
