The Dress
Pictures do not do this dress justice! It is simply stunning in person and incredibly figure flattering. I wore it for my rehearsal dinner in September and received countless compliments. If there was a chance I could wear it at another occasion, I would 100% be keeping it!
It is from the Ines Di Santo Spring/Summer 2014 collection, and therefore was only available as a runway sample when I purchased it from Bergdorf Goodman in January of 2014. It was also featured in Martha Stewart Weddings Fall issue.
The seamstress at Bergdorf's had cups sewn into the dress so that it did not require a bra (I am a 34B or 32C depending on the bra), but those are easily removed using small sewing scissors. It is possible to wear a strapless bra instead if you prefer. The structure and boning of the dress gave me a great shape without the use of any shape wear, Spanx, etc. The dress was also comfortable!
The condition of the dress is like new, as I only wore it once for a few hours. It has been professionally cleaned.
