Has been altered slightly at the bottom (taken up as it was automatically made long and I ended up wearing lower heels).
The waistband has 4 clear snap fasteners on the inside on the waistband to button it up (this has also been altered slightly to fit my waist)
Have not had it dry cleaned as it was only worn for the ceremony and first half of photos- its next to clean
