**NEW WITH TAGS IN GARMENT BAG**
Due to Covid, I never got to wear this gorgeous and unique dress. It's never been altered or worn (therefore no bustle or edits to the original dress). The dress is satin lined on the inside making it the most comfortable I ever tried on. It's a little loose on me up top since it was never pulled in.
